CPA will conduct a total-immersion, full two-day course on the Cessna Legacy 172 1968-1986 models in Tulsa, OK, September 9-10, 2023. We are excited to offer this course, as it has not been taught in years and space is limited.

If you own, fly, or maintain a Legacy 172 model (1968–1986), this is the best way to experience a CPA course!

You not only have roughly two days of course instruction, but when we say this is a total-immersion experience, we mean it. You will spend two, full days learning about your aircraft, gathering with other owners and pilots, and getting a lot of interaction with our expert instructor.

Every ticket includes a catered lunch during each day of instruction, which will give you plenty of time to socialize and ask follow-up questions. In the evening, you’re free to eat dinner or explore the area however you would like, but most attendees like to get together for dinner and use the evening to keep talking about their aircraft. We have been doing these courses for decades, and they only get more popular over the years. These courses have limited capacity and have sold out in the past, so get your ticket now!

Paul New will be your instructor for this class. Paul holds an FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate with FAA Inspection Authorization. He was a FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative and in 2007 he was selected as the FAA National Aviation Maintenance Technician of the Year. He was an original account manager for Savvy Aviation Maintenance Management and still manages several clients. Paul also provides technical support for the members of the Cessna Pilots Association and writes articles for the magazine.
