Click the red log in button on the Home page, which will take you to the log in site. Enter your username and password. Then click the log in button. This will put you back at the Home page and allows you access all of the features on the website.

Go to “My Account” at the top of the Home page. On Account Detail page scroll down to Password Change and follow the prompts, click Save Changes.

Go to the log in site, enter your username. Below the log in box click on “Lost Password” A new password will be sent to your email.

On the Home page click the “Join/Renew” button. This will take you to the Membership page. Select one of the two options for membership by clicking Sign Up Now. Follow the prompts to the Cart and onto Check-out.

On the Home page click on “Shop”. On the Shop page select which version you prefer, Books for a printed copy or Digital Product for a digitized copy. On either option you will see the 4 different books available. Click on your title choice to place in the Cart and Proceed to Checkout.

Once your order has been completed you can download the product from your Account Page.

Go to “My Account” at the top of the Home page. On Account Detail page scroll down to your listed email, delete and add new email address then click on Save Changes.

Go to “My Account” at the top of the Home page. On Account Detail page click on the Address section of the Dashboard Bar. On the address page Click “edit” button to the right of the Shipping Address. This will take you to your shipping address page. Make changes and save.

Go to “My Account” at the top of the Home page. On Account Detail page click on the Address section of the Dashboard Bar. On the address page click “edit” button to the right of the Billing Address. This will take you to your billing address page. Make changes and save.

Login to website and go to “My Account”. On the Account Detail page click on “Payment Methods”. Click on “Add Payment Method”. Fill out credit card information and click on “Add Payment”. The next screen will then ask you if you would like to update your payment information. Click the “yes” button. Choose which credit card you want as your default and delete the old card.

On the Home page on the left-hand side menu, click on Contact Support -> New Ticket. Click My Cessna Aircraft, fill in your Cessna Model and Serial Number. Under Subject put your main concern, such as “Leaking Brake Lines” and under description write out your technical question to the tech. If you have photos you can drop your files in the Files section. Click Submit.

On the Home page on the left-hand side menu, click on Contact Support -> My Tickets. You will see your tickets and any replies from the Technical Staff.

On the Home page on the left-hand side menu, click on Forums. You will see a list of all the Forum Headings and Sub-Headings, click to explore.

Click on the forum you want to post on. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see “CREATE NEW TOPIC IN ……”. Enter the Topic Title and then enter your information. You can also attach docs, photos, etc. When you are finished just click the “Submit button.”

Once you write your reply to a post, scroll down and there is a box for attachments. Attach your information and then click the “Submit button”.

Click on “Legacy Forums” on the left side of the home page. Go to the URL http://forums.cessna.org/ and be sure you use the login information provided. Username is user1 and the password is bigbirdinthewild Depending on your OS and browser, you may need to refresh the page a few times or return to the above URL a few times to get the legacy site to fully load.

On the Home page left-hand side menu, click on Magazine. Pick a date range and click to open. You will see each year and month in that range. Click on cover and scroll through that issue.

Click on the Magazine icon on the left side of the Home Page. Choose the magazine you are looking for. At the bottom of the page there is an icon to download the PDF of the magazine.

Go to the Home page, on the top bar click on CPA Courses. Scroll down to available courses and click on “reserve my seat” to go to your cart, then click “proceed to check out”. Complete your attendee registration “save info”, checkout and pay.

On the Home page left-hand side menu, click on course schedule. You will see upcoming events listed.

Go to Home page left-hand side menu, click on Tech Archives.

Go to the Home page left-hand side menu, click on Contact Support and open New Ticket. Click on “Something Else” and complete the ticket with your inquiry.
