Came back yesterday from flying 4 hours round trip and noticed the right wing was burning faster than the left. Online research led us to check the L wing vent tube for obstruction. I’ve did and it was clogged. We were able to use some weed eater string to get what looked like mud dauber dirt out from it.

Is it possible to use the external plug and power just the instruments from the battery in my truck with some type of jumper cable setup?

I have the disk from the FAA. It’s got both 337’s filed but they don’t send in the STC with them. I was able to find some copies of the STC’s on the FAA website but not sure if it’s legal paperwork as it’s not assigned to my specific serial number…
I have a STOL kit and flap gap seals installed on my 172m. The 337’s were filed with the FAA, but I am missing the STC paperwork.
The company “Bush” that sold the kits from what I can find is no longer in business.
I’m not sure what to do, or if I have to have the STC paperwork to make my plane legal….
